Found website on Facebook and made a general enquiry about widening my driveway to which Kevin sent me back a video explaining service. had drawings within a week and planning application was lodged a few days later. planning permission was granted a few months later. a lot cheaper than if I went with normal service.

I contacted several building companies to request quotes for our new extension, but they were only willing to provide a quote after seeing the plans first. As a result, I decided to reach out to several architectural firms. The price quotations I received for the plans varied between €3500 and €8000. Any modifications to the drawings would incur additional charges.

Since I didn’t require planning permission, I opted to pay €1500 inc Vat for layout plans and elevations through Houseandextensionplans.ie. The entire process was completed within a two-week timeframe, and any necessary changes to the drawings were included in the service.

Initially, I made an inquiry and Sean promptly responded, informing me that they had similar plans to my house. This saved me a significant amount of time, as I only needed to spend around 5 minutes verifying the measurements after the initial draft, which was mostly accurate.

I will also use one of their recommended builders. I have now got prices for the work.
