I couldn’t recommend Eoin, Kevin and Sean highly enough. From start to finish, they were exceptional to deal with throughout the planning process. They were professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful at every stage. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process and were always available when I had questions or needed advice. Their attention to detail and experience gave me great confidence, especially when dealing with what felt like a complicated planning process. They went above and beyond to make the whole process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. I’m delighted with the outcome and genuinely grateful for all the work they put in. Great experience with Eoin, Kevin and team. Very competitively priced and very straightforward process. Friendly to deal with plus always answered my questions promptly. They designed a hip to gable dormer attic conversion with side extension which was planning approved first time no issues. From start to finish absolutely 5-star service from Kevin, Sean and the team at House and Extension Plans. From initial contact with Kevin, it took just over 3 weeks to get plans drafted, revised and then submitted to the Council for planning approval.
