I’m extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend this team.

They helped me through the whole process from start to finish — preparing the plans, dealing with the planning application and South Dublin County Council, and guiding me through all the requirements right up to receiving the final grant and preparing for the commencement of the building work.

The whole process was made very easy for me. They handled everything professionally, were always available when I had questions, and explained everything clearly.

I’m now ready to start the construction stage, and I’m 100% confident that if I have any questions or need advice during the build, they will continue to be there to help.

Great service.didnt think I'd get planning but I did ,the lads went above and beyond to get it right .Professional from the start with a excellent knowledge of planning and regulations that saw me through the process. Can recommend highly the won't be beat on their excellent service

I couldn’t recommend Eoin, Kevin and Sean highly enough. From start to finish, they were exceptional to deal with throughout the planning process.

They were professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful at every stage. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process and were always available when I had questions or needed advice. Their attention to detail and experience gave me great confidence, especially when dealing with what felt like a complicated planning process.

They went above and beyond to make the whole process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. I’m delighted with the outcome and genuinely grateful for all the work they put in.

Great experience with Eoin, Kevin and team. Very competitively priced and very straightforward process. Friendly to deal with plus always answered my questions promptly. They designed a hip to gable dormer attic conversion with side extension which was planning approved first time no issues.
