You will receive: 
  • The first layouts. Often with a short video giving recommendations on design. After feedback, we amend the drawings as required. 
  • We proceed to elevations, site layouts and send through plans for your final approval.
  • After final amendments and/or planning application lodged, and once you are fully satisfied with our service, payment is released from Escrow by Trustap who act as third-party intermediary.
  • We then act as your agent for remainder of planning process (if PP incl in package).
