We are architectural designers and planning consultants providing an alternative solution for people looking to improve their homes. By bringing everything online, we are removing the costly and time-consuming aspect of call-outs. Over the past 25 years, Liam has been producing drawings and submitting planning applications on behalf of builders, architects, and the general public throughout Ireland and the UK. The idea behind House and Extension Plans stems from Liam's interest in bringing traditional and conventional services online where possible.

Seán Connolly

Planning Consulant

Seán has been working as a planning consultant and administrator for 5 years and runs the front office for House and Extension Plans. He is a big believer in automating services that can help limit time-consuming processes and has played a key role in developing this website.

Our Service

Instead of a face-to-face consultation, you make an enquiry and we usually respond with a video and then a sample floor plan template of your property to print out. With a pen, you mark out your planned alterations and fill in any extra details that are required.
From there, you upload your rough floor plan to our site and order your planning package (payment broken up into stages).
Our designers will then get to work and with amendments, your final architectural drawings will be produced. We will then submit your planning application if required and deal with any follow-ups made by your local council, acting as your agent for the remainder of the planning process. This all leads to a more cost-efficient and functional service.
