I’m extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend this team.

They helped me through the whole process from start to finish — preparing the plans, dealing with the planning application and South Dublin County Council, and guiding me through all the requirements right up to receiving the final grant and preparing for the commencement of the building work.

The whole process was made very easy for me. They handled everything professionally, were always available when I had questions, and explained everything clearly.

I’m now ready to start the construction stage, and I’m 100% confident that if I have any questions or need advice during the build, they will continue to be there to help.

A very professional, reliable and helpful team. I’m genuinely very happy with the quality of their work and the service I received. Highly recommended!

Great experience with Eoin, Kevin and team. Very competitively priced and very straightforward process. Friendly to deal with plus always answered my questions promptly. They designed a hip to gable dormer attic conversion with side extension which was planning approved first time no issues. Was impressed as know others who have had refusals/incorrect documentation so very happy with service. I would definitely use again

Very easy. We didn’t have the most straightforward extension because of the history of our house. The team guided us through the process and they were available quickly to resolve issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Their expertise was evident from the start, and they took the time to explain every step, answer all of our questions, and provide honest, practical advice. Their guidance made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with planning permission.
