We were looking to extend out at the back of house and rearrange kitchen & utility – only had a basic idea so I sent through a rough drawing and video. Within a few hours, Kevin contacted me with a video going over some design ideas. For there, a bit of back of forth, and once the site plans were produced I moved on to elevations and eventually had my planning lodged – all done within 2 weeks. Brilliant service and at a fraction of the cost had I gone the conventional route.

Came across site when I was looking for an architect online to draw up plans for an attic conversion. I already had a sketch drawn out so I uploaded it to the site which was straightforward – paid for my site layouts and floor plans and now I’m waiting on planning permission. I like how the steps are broken up into three so you are not paying for all at once. Nothing bad to say about service, Sean and the team are great to deal with.
