Simply reach out via email, phone, or through our website and social media platforms, providing your Eircode and a brief project description.
Our experts then assess your project for compliance with county development plans and building regulations. After our review, we typically send a video by Email or WhatsApp with initial design advice and planning options.
You then collaborate closely with our designers online to refine your architectural drawings until they ready for planning approval. We offer flexible communication options, including Google Meets, Skype, Whatsapp, or traditional phone calls.
Once your drawings are finalized, we undertake the planning application submission and liaise with your local council on your behalf, promptly addressing any additional information requests. Should revisions be necessary at this stage, they are provided at no extra cost.
Our Experts
Over the past 25 years, Liam has been producing drawings and submitting planning applications on behalf of builders, architects, and the general public throughout Ireland and the UK. The idea behind House and Extension Plans stems from Liam’s interest in bringing traditional and conventional services online where possible.

Seán is an experienced planning consultant who works with clients across Ireland and the UK. He provides planning services to House and Extension Plans as an independent external consultant. He supports project delivery, including planning applications, documentation preparation, and coordination with local authorities.
